I didn’t need another award. I needed someone to build the foundation I never had.
How it started:
The story of how a cold-process soap maker with a dual master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Business Administration accidentally became the operations partner overwhelmed founders actually need.
Texas Business Hall of Fame. Awards. Burnout.
Before Cloud9 Foundry, I was a cold-process soap maker here in San Antonio.
And I was good at it. My soap won local awards. I built a name for myself in a crowded market. Eventually, I was invited to sit at the Texas Business Hall of Fame, in rooms with people like Kendra Scott, Paul Mitchell, and Mark Cuban.
From the outside, it looked like I'd made it. From the inside, I was completely burnt out.
What nobody saw: I was a team of one, doing everything. Sourcing, making, packaging, shipping, marketing, bookkeeping (at the bare minimum, to be quite honest), customer service, all with no systems holding any of it together. Every order lived in my head. Every process had to be reinvented because I'd never written any of it down. I was the entire operations department of my business, and it was a mess.
I didn't have a business. I had a very expensive hobby that happened to win awards.
Just out here 6 months pregnant trying to get degrees, maintain a business, and somehow be a wife with a life!
Long before the soap, I studied why people and systems actually work.

Dual master’s
Master of Business Administration and Industrial Organizational Psychology. So. Much. Studying. Consumer, product, and personnel focus groups. So fun! WHY “FOUNDRY”
A foundry takes raw material and forges it into something strong enough to bear real weight.
That’s what I build now, backed by an actual research background in how people and systems function, not just a checklist template.
"Foundry" is what we build.
"Cloud9" is how it should feel to have it.
When you work with us, the goal isn't just cleaner systems. It's that feeling of being on cloud nine, weightless, clear-headed, finally free to be the visionary you actually started this business to be.
No more carrying the operations in your head. No more being the bottleneck for your own growth. Just you, doing the work you love, while a foundry runs quietly and reliably underneath you.
That's the whole point! Systems so solid, you forget they're even there.
What I stand for:
Clarity before execution
Systems over busy-ness
Against complexity designed as strategy
I’m not just an executioner. I’m your right-hand partner.
