I have a background in corporate, health care, and the federal government, so I like to bring my learnings and perspective to each project.

When I’m not working from a local coffeeshop typing and clicking away viciously at 10 simultaneous projects, you’ll catch me reading (a ton), mommying two lovely (feral) toddlers, being a husband to my 13+ years husband (who gets annoyed that I continue to forget how many years we’ve been married, so I just say, “plus!”), making sourdough (because carbs), and now my new hobby…coloring Cocowyo books with my Ohuhu markers!

I love traveling to places that contradict my day-to-day living in the monstrous heat of central Texas (take me to the beach, anyone!)

Hi! I’m a creative communications professional with a strong background in technology and digital community building. I’ve built my career at the intersection of eCommerce, customer success, and content strategy — supporting small to enterprise-level businesses while fostering connection through corporate community programs, events, and storytelling.

With experience spanning technical support, social media management, content creation, and community program management, I thrive in roles where I can bring people together and solve challenges with innovative, human-centered solutions. At ShipStation, I led community engagement initiatives, moderated panels, managed site migrations, and created programs that empowered users to connect, collaborate, and grow. My career also includes hands-on eCommerce platform support, social media advocacy, and account management, giving me a 360° view of customer experience.

I am passionate about learning and always curious! I quickly adapt to new tools and processes, making me a versatile asset across communications, community, and customer-facing roles. Outside of work, I enjoy lettering, drawing, and being the “fun auntie” — always finding ways to flex my creativity both professionally and personally.
